Strengths
There are a total usage of 3 main colours, pink, blue and white. Whereas the fonts are in black. The colours are vibrant and able to attract the visitors' attention and interest. The black fonts show an obvious contrast with the wallpaper and background. Visitors are able to read the information clearly.
The banner is big and welcoming. The usage of the big logo is useful to further remind the visitors about the brand. Hence leaving a strong impression on the visitors.
Basic important information about the brand is available. The navigations are neatly located at the right side. Hence it is easy for visitors to navigate and look for information.
A Feedback section is provided, thus bloomB is able to connect with the customers and need their advices.
Weaknesses
Judging from the banner, a new customer to bloomB will not know it is a childrenswear. As there are no children's apparel shown in the banner. The banner is too simplified and does not reflect the brand's image and type of merchandise sold. Banner looks unprofessional.
At the top left side of the banner in the home page, the structure of the headings are not correct and it seems very unprofessional.
The website does not display pictures of the merchandise available. Hence the website seems uninteresting and will not attract visitors to visit again.
Different colours and size of fonts are used in the information. It will appear messy and unprofessional. Reflecting a bad image of the brand.
Opportunities
bloomB can update their website more frequently. There should also be a 'Gallery' navigation to showcase bloomB's latest collections. This will attract visitors tremendously.
bloomB can introduce suitable background music for the website. This will help to create a childrenswear's atmosphere.
The website can be made more interactive, so that visitors will be interested in bloomB and have a good impression about the brand.
Threats
bloomB loses out to her competitors as the website is not as attractive. Competitors update their website frequently, hence even if bloomB revamp the website, it will take a longer time to have a higher visitors rate, as visitors who were uninterested with the website probably wont visit bloomB's website again.
